Sure you can have spiritual experiences sober. Absolutely. However no amount of meditation or spirituality will create the chemical changes in your brain that MDMA does. There is a reason they started doing studies and giving soldiers with severe depression and PTSD a dose of MDMA along with a therapy session. The study resulted in over 60 percent of patients no longer having depression or qualifying as having PTSD afterwards. MDMA allows you to study yourself and your feelings honestly and deal with trauma and stress in a way that nothing else can match. So while I don't doubt that you had a spiritual experience that was awesome I'm afraid nothing can replicate what MDMA does. If it's not your thing so be it. However I highly suggest you give it a chance at least once in your life. I bet you didn't know the person who popularized Ecstasy was a Catholic Priest in the 80s. He said that God spoke to him on it and told him to share it with the world. His name was Michael Claig, however I'm not sure if that's the correct spelling of his last name. Do some research and look it up.

So far i know that prescribed drugs to a sick body - are helping to fight the enemy named disease of some kind, but if people using drugs while they are healthy - its a extreme danger. I had a friend who tried drugs and he forgot how to breath, he almost died, all other friends ither died from drugs or became schizophrenic. Drug is a big time killer. Did you know that most americans dying from heart disease? I'll let you do the math. And like some people standing their ass off for " natural drugs " - Anything that makes you high or hallucinate - is toxic, nature tells you " Dont mess with me " that way.
