try adding electrical insulator (mica) between the 2050s and the common heat sink. but be careful about the heat transfer should not be hindered, add thermal grease on the both side of the mica sheet

Bro easy method to take out ic,, short all the pin from backside with soldering iron and hold the ic if all pins or short together with soldering wire ic will be removed in one step,you not need to desolder its legs one by one👍

5:21 I have come across this problem. This problem. This noise usually occurs because TDA2050 requires more power than 2030 and when adequate power is not given. Also, TDA2050 has its own circuitary. Components of that circuit are almost identical but values of the components must match according to the datasheet. I have developed a TDA2050 board myself and it is more than enough for small house parties. Edit: 12 volt 2 Amp transformer is the minimum requirement for TDA2050. The more the voltage and ampere the better. (30-35 volt max for single power supply and 15 volt max for dual power) But replacing TDA2030 with 50 will have no positive effects as the board is designed for the 2030 only.

Woofer and subwoofer are almost same both are mainly used for producing low frequencies, but a small difference is there , Woofer produces frequency within the range of 20Hz to 2000Hz Subwoofer produces frequency within the range of 20Hz to 200Hz. Need to change ohm value of speaker , tda 2030 is 3 A output current, tda 2050 5 A output, 4 ohm speaker , capacitor value need change from 2400 uf to 1000 uf , also operating voltage is high up to 50 volts , accordingly cut off 1000uf capacitor need voltage adjustment
