DIY - Replacing a wood window sash - Make a new sash yourself

In this video you see me making a replacement window sash for an old wood window that has been rotted out.
My woodwork skills are very limited, this was the first time I had used a router and some time since I had ever used a plane.
You may think I did a pretty average job and I may even agree with you, but I'm still impressed it came out that good!
