Hello, My name is Catherine. I'm 27 from Glasgow. My journey with FND started when I was 14/15. I take non- epileptic seizures. They seamed to build up over time to where I am with them now which is everyday, throughout the day. It's been that way for about the last 8 years. My amazing partner is also my carer as the seizures are so unpredictable & can become violent. I'd be lost without him & the close family we have around us. From spending time in a epilepsy centre to seeing Doctors, Neurologists, Phycoligists & mutiple tests. The list is endless 🙈 & still continuing as I try to see anyone or anything that could help. The fight goes on ✊ Of course there are groups & awareness out there that show help & support for this condition but we still need more. Always good to hear other people's stories on how this condition affects their life & realising you are not the only one. Thank you for sharing 😊👏
