@neoland666 I was tuning my Bass for the first time using a tuner App I downloaded and ended up breaking the E string. Time to go string shopping. Maybe some flat wounds?

@torgomax wow, that has never happened to me. The E string? Than that must been very tight then. By the way, just in case, flatwounds are not stronger than roundwounds. They just feel and sound different.
