This song always reminds me of being a kid. We would go for a drive every Sunday afternoon just riding around the lake and the farmlands. We'd stop at Sonic and get a treat, then back on the road again. I miss those days!😭 You did a great job with this cover! I forgot for a bit that it wasn't actually Lobo.😄🥰💜

I had initially (and still am) working on Lobo's "I'd Love You to Want Me" as part of making covers from the first record I had as a kid, K-Tel's Dynamite, but I have not gotten a version I really like yet. I took a break and since I was on the Lobo kick started working on Me & You & Boo and eventually got this version which I was very happy about.

This song has a true story for my parents mum and dad would go picking in the fields every weekend before I was born to save money to buy a home and they were married in a church called St Paul's this was dads favourite song plus they had a beautiful dog in the back of his truck 👍👍🤠🤠🦅🦅⭐⭐
