You are freaking strong! Your progress is so fast. I'm curious on what kind of program you are running right now. Do you do periodization? Anyway, you going to compete on WAF again as 90kg? Or 80kg?

Thank you. I always periodize my training, i have no specific program tho, just doing my thing. I will compete under 80kg, i walk around 86kg+-, i feel like my frame isnt big enought for 90kg on the waf worlds level.
