Rickey is right. I had the same battery problem. A friend tried to jump-start me several times, but it didn't work. I called the roadside assistant, and the guy jump-started my car in seconds. It's true the roadside assistant guy had more volts than the battery cables. However, it does take longer sometimes with the battery cable.
