The nutritional value of Moina depends upon the feed on which it's grown, moina fed with chlorella is almost a complete food

@@gopushaji1927 Yes they are, normally people only consider protein content when we speak about nutritional value. Anyway the protein content is at par with artemia and also we must take in to consideration the amount of protein that can be digested by fish. The excess protein is not digested and excreted . Then comes the question of other elements. What makes a live food superior is the amino acids and other factors in free radical form in the live feeds. As far as Moina is concerned it's one of the live feeds available in nature for a fresh water fish and it has all the ingredients which a fresh water species can digest and utilize. Artemia is actually ment for marine species and what makes it popular is it's convince to handle , I mean the hatching part and feeding. Based out of my small research and personal experience of fish keeping and breeding. Kindly forgive if I have communicated any thing wrong

It's a type of Moina- species only, same nutritional value as of normal moina should be there, besides since moinas are filter feeders, the nutritional value depends upon the kind of feed that is been given to moina
