RACE 8.3 GLITCH: some people are having the game crash for race 3 of stage 8. If this happens to you do the following: 1. Force close the game 2. Put your device in airplane mode 3. Open the game and run the race 4. Comment here if you have that problem and if the solution works for you. This solution is working for people who have tried it. The theory is it’s a glitch loading one of the TSM bots. going off-line eliminates that.

I don't get stage 8 as yet but I would like to ask is it a requirement PR I have all R dollars upgrade for stage 01

@@michaelfisher2932no PR requirements or even recommendations for this one as it’s very old. You should be fine with those upgrades, unless you rely on heavy assists. Even then I’m pretty sure the first time I ran this I didn’t use any gold and back then I was using all assists on.

​@@Turtl1938Please describe your issue in detail. Are you failing to complete in time or just going off track some times? You can apply low brake assist and keep other things off. Be careful while cornering. Don't do hard steering, that's all I can help.

Sir, you look like an experienced guy with quite a lot of driving skills, and as a starter, I would love to see a video about your driving tips and recommendations. I mean, I know your content is in another direction, but listening a advice from someone who understands and handles driving much better than I do would be a huge help. Maybe too much to ask, but a short video about basic driving things for starter would be great!! By the way, nice skills in the drifts you did, i love it.

Hi there, thank you so much for your comment. I’d have to really think through how to make a video like that. It actually isn’t easy to cover it effectively in one video. I was trying to think of something that could help you out right now. One area is actually watching my time trial Videos. I describe different things in different videos, strategy, how to maximize certain tracks and find speeding in ways a lot of people don’t know about. I’m still not sure if we can finish this with no upgrades at all. I’m done stage 9 with no upgrades and that includes me making the competition very difficult. Stage nine did start to get difficult. Hopefully stage 10 is possible with no upgrades.

totally unrelated comment...but since you are a RR3 genius, I thought I would ask a question. I suddenly stopped getting the ads to get gold when I open the app first time every day along with watch ads to reduce service. Do you have any idea how I can repair this? I tried contacting support 2x, but they say that I have to be on wifi (which I always am) and that sometimes they just go away. I have never had that happen - I think that I have been on this game since around 2013 or something like that...let me know if you have any suggestions.

I’m sure you could but it’s a waste of gold. I already gave the solution here in the comments, maybe you missed it. You just have to put your device in airplane mode before you enter the race. That’s been working for everybody else, hopefully should work for you. You might need that tip for stage 9 as well. I’m just starting to work on that video now. LOOOOONG stage!!

In reality, the Nissan GTR lmp was a dog. Too complicated mechanically. The hybrid system wouldn't work or just fail and had to be disabled. The top speed couldn't even match a Porsche RSR gtlm. Also one of those Nissans just caught fire just while nursing the course at LaSarthe. They never worked the bugs out of it and dropped any more development on it.

21/24 upgrades so far. 135 coins is crazy for the third last engine upgrade. Just imagine how ridiculous the top one is. Definitely as far as I go. Love this vehicle though…even that hybrid electric whine isn’t too bad. I refuse to do any EVs due to the whine. Yep, I’m whining about this, lol!;)

Got 22/24 on mine. Don’t do the last Engine and Brake upgrades, though, if you want to save your gold, as you DON’T need to fully upgrade to get to PR 96 to complete the two series it’s in.

LOL, I certainly hear you as far as the EV are concerned. Glorified vacuum cleaners😂. On a different note, upgrades can actually get shockingly worse for some cars. Like the monster Porsche 919 Hybrid evo. The last engine upgrade alone is 1310 gold!! Yup, that’s just one upgrade. I earned that car and then waited 18 months for sale. However, it’s such an amazing car to drive that I would probably trade 12 other cars to have it.

I haven’t finished it yet, so I don’t know for sure. Back in 2015 it looks like people bought some upgrades but most didn’t need gold. I did this event back then, but I can’t remember, that’s why I’m doing it from scratch. I will do it as cheap as I can. Just 2 stages left.

Most of these goals can be reached in unserviced condition. Saves you some R$ along the way. Take it from someone who's still using assists after playing forthe last 8 years.
