Speaker box construction sure has changed. Don't even have to get dirty and almost no sawdust to clean up. I can't count how many boxes I built in my day cutting up 4x8 sheets in the driveway with circular saws and jigsaws.

I was thinking the exact same thing. 5/8 poly with a 1/8 relief for lights and mounting would hold together fine.

Real quick question. I got a 2013 F-150 single cab. I got two 12" Sundown in a ported box. But the box is alil too big for the back of the seat. Could you help me design a sub box so I can have the most bass possible. I'm powering the subs with a 1500 sundown.

People thought I was cheating then. it makes me laugh seeing some of these idiots complaining your using a cnc table I guess you should use a hand saw next time! Your ER collet has to be installed in the nut first at an angle to slide into the inside groove of the nut, then you insert the endmill. That will get the endmill running true in the spindle. Hope this helps. Awesome looking build.

I need to switch to a ported box. I heard my same exact set up with a ported box and it sounds way better then my sealed. I'm on a 4ohm setup. I want to upgrade to 2ohms someday also.
