At the same time India, African, Middle East act as a big market for European countries and their companies . India’s courts are drowning in over 5 crore pending cases, with most of them stuck in the lower judiciary. At this rate, it would take more than three centuries to clear the backlog. This is a nightmare for millions of litigants who suffer injustice, poverty, and uncertainty due to the endless delays. Shame on india, 🇮🇳 no vision and no quality of service or life. Number of pending cases: As of December 2022, over 5 crore (50 million) cases are pending across all levels of courts in India, with over 4.3 crore languishing in district courts alone. * Time for case resolution: With the current disposal rate, it's estimated to take over 324 years to clear the existing backlog. * Impact on citizens: Delays in resolving cases can cause immense hardship for litigants, affecting their lives, finances, and businesses. Shame shame 75 years of independence still running on British made judiciary 🧑‍⚖️ system 😀😀😀. No make in india for law and order.

Yes they do for sure! One of my nephew who is ~ 15 years now want to marry Jai Shankar. And few of my cousin's sons have made a choice to study for UPSC and join foreign office. He has inspired lot of young people to public service, not just International relations. He has made people aware what it means to hold a public office and serve people's interests.

This is where the diplomat in Dr SJS shines - Anybody else would be tempted to blurt out in ire "Perhaps" "May be" or even "It's their problem". He smartly soft landed that question without antagonizing anyone - A trait of a seasoned diplomat. And of course, you could see how laser focused he was on the lady, when the question was thrown at him -You could literally see his respiratory rate was up and he was breathing fast and heavy.But, he had the skills to buy time and think clearly and calmly to come up with a stellar response. Brilliant!
