Ingredients for nagercoil style meal maker curry:
For masala:
1/2 cup Coconut
1 Cinnamon
2 Cardamom
2 Cloves
1 tsp Fennel seeds
1 tsp Cumin seeds
1 inch Ginger
3 Garlic cloves
1/8 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp Coriander powder
1 tbsp Chili powder
1 tsp Oil
1 Onion
1 Tomato
For meal maker curry:
2-3 tbsp Oil
1 cup meal maker (soya chunks)
2 Medium potatoes cut into large cubes
2 cup Water
required Salt
Curry leaves
