I feel like I was meant to marry Ken. Our paths crossed several times before that though. I worked as a lifeguard and he went to Huntington Beach just about every day in the summer, we both were at the US Festival in 1983 the day that band sang "Walking in LA" and the lead singer wore an aluminum foil outfit (he gave me his t-shirt after I got sprayed with water), and he came to my parents house to deliver water before he went into Law Enforcement (I shut the door in his face, saying something like we had enough water). I had no idea I just shut the door on my future husband hahahahah we were meant to be...... ❤️ Shelby

Roast looks delish, I make eye of rounds all the time, but i never did it on top as i think way too lean. But might give it a go. I roast mine, for 5 minutes per pound then turn the oven off without opening for 35 minutes. Perfect rare with brown ext. Try it.

Welcome to my channel Rebecca, it's fun to binge watch a channel that you like. I'm not a chef, but we are a family of ten so I have learned to cook from necessity.
