I wanted to create this video about meal planning and how I meal plan, is because it was one of the things that I found to be particularly overwhelming at the end of a busy workday. That question of 'what's for dinner?' and having absolutely no idea what I was going to make or eat, really increased my stress levels. That was until I created a habit to come up with a meal plan each week, for what we are going to eat. Not only has this gone on to save me a lot of time and energy, but also money.
