Meal prep| How to Make Garlic and Ginger Paste #easyrecipe

One of the thigs i totally hate doing Is, peeling garlic but Iove the flavor in every dish, So I literally never run out of this paste !!!! They are so handy especially when I want to cook sharp sharp!!!! And because they have way less oil, the taste never change😋😋.

INGREDIENTS
300g garlic
300g ginger
10tbs vegetable oil (5each)
1/2 tsp Salt each
Don't forget if you want a combo paste follow this ratio:
Garlic 3: 1 ginger (3* the garlic portion to 1 portion ginger).
