Meal Prep With Me! | Protein Packed Vegan Freezer Friendly Meals!

Protein Pancakes - healthylivingw...
Oatmeal Cake Recipe
2 cups rolled oats (or quick oats)
3 scoops protein powder ( 1 1/2 servings)
2 tbsp baking powder
3 heaping spoonfuls of ground flax meal
Cinnamon to taste
Handful of walnuts, chopped
Handful of chocolate chips (you can use fruit instead of you prefer)
2-3 ripe bananas (mashed)
1 tbsp vanilla extract
3 1/2 to 4 cups of almond milk (the batter should be pretty thin consistency)
1/4 cup of maple syrup (I’ve been using a sugar free version and it’s great still!)
Mix all together! You don’t even have to do wet ingredients or dry ingredients first! Pour batter into two 8x8” pans.
Preheat oven to 375 and bake for 45 minutes! Enjoy!
It’s delicious warm but also great cold!

Hi Kim! Just a tip - any whole grain flour has just as much protein as the buckwheat flour (like whole wheat or oat for example). So if you’re using buckwheat just for the protein, you’re prob better off using whole wheat because it’s wayyy cheaper. Take care!

Hi Marcia! You know what?! I had a delicious marinade shared with me by a subscriber probably close to two years ago now and it’s stuck with us since!! It’s delicious & our favorite way for Brussels sprouts! I hope you have an air fryer because that’s the preferred method but if not you can still use the marinade and bake them or pan fry them! But here it is! I don’t have exact measurements but if you want them sweeter add a bit more syrup & if not add less! 👌🏻 Marinade for Air Fryed Brussel Sprouts Olive Oil Vinegar Whole Ground Mustard Salt & Pepper Fresh Grated Garlic Maple Syrup Combine mixture, add halved brussels & let sit for at least 2 hours. Add to air fryer in a thin layer and air fry for 12 minutes at 380 degrees. Enjoy!
