I admire your creativity with your food. I also admire how you feed your children and how they love most of it since that's what they know. I've watched a number of pantry reorganization videos and I'm appalled at what a lot of parents feeding their children, especially the snacks. Tons of chips and cookies. No wonder we have an obesity problem in the U.S.

Yes. I’m struggling with my hunger fullness cues as well. Love your honesty and struggles. I have a bad habit of snacking at night even when I’m not hungry. Keep your ideas coming❤

I agree that hunger/fullness cues are a tricky thing. Even when I have been on top of it for a while it doesn't take much to get out of the habit of listening.

How did I not know before now that Tyne chease was your company?! It's the first vegan cheese I found that I liked when I became vegan, it's been a firm favourite ever since and the only one I've ever found that's oil free. They really are fantastic products and you certainly should be very proud of them 😊

The best way to curb cravings and snackyness is by eating enough carbohydrates. You are not eating enough Ami. Your lunches and dinners lately have been lower carb recently and it's causing you to be unsatisfied and hungrier by the end of the day. Since you are exercises a lot more intensely, you should be eating more calories, not less. Not hating at all, just trying to help❤

I am much better at recognizing when I am full. I always remind myself it will taste even better later when I am hungry again, and I still get to eat it, just later.

You’re snackyyyy cuzzzz you’re not eating enough carbs babe.. I prommmissseee, I am not trying to be mean or rude I’m saying it cuz I genuinely care… you need to up the carbs more… they will keep you more satisfied, low carbs will fill you, but you’ll be hungry an hour later, you neeeed carbs.. pay attention to how often you’re “snacky” it’s cuz you’re not eating enough carbs.. just think about it. Please 🧡🥹 In one or both the books SS and MWL by Dr Mcdougall, he says, if you do 30% carbs YOU WILL PUSH THE LIMIT and you WILL be hungrier… he updated this information recently saying to not do less than 50% starch per meal and you can be 100% starch in all meals. The focus should be your starch. You are doing amazing, but you’re missing the starch solution point.

Does anyone else have no luck whatsoever making the wraps? I've bought the same hot plate, follow the recipe but no chance can I cook them properly and never can I flip them over 😢

Cook on lower setting for longer, also gently lift off from the edges and ease it off then flip. It will come away when the liquid has evaporated.
