We had the butternut squash curry the other day and it was so lovely, now I think I'll make the lasagne with it! Both my husband and I are loving the inspiration for new ways to use butternut squash. I'd always just done it roasted with some seasoning or in a soup before. And the scenery shots at the end are so beautiful, makes me miss living in the UK so much. Can't wait for the next one!

Can’t believe we actually visited Deal last August!!! We stayed in an air bnb out in the countryside 🥰 about 20 mins away from Deal!!! We had fish & chips… have to say they are not the same as we get in Yorkshire!! We enjoyed the castle & the beach & the weather was amazing ☀️☀️ Love all your content x

All meals look lovely. I must admit I'm not a fan of corned beef, my hubby loves it. I make him corned beef hash but different to yours. But looking at yours I'm gonna give your recipe a go & may even try some !! The butternut squash lasagne looks really good I love butternut squash.

Deal was fabulous ! what a nice looking town. The food was scary for me this week, im dieting and avoiding cheese. I mean Id kill for a wedge of camembert...but i like the idea of the kilbasa pasta and will try and work that into this weeks meals

Oh no! I’m usually more on the side of healthy eating but it’s definitely nice to have a break for special occasions. Balance is important 🥰 (and cheese 🧀 cheese is very important too!)

I get it in Home Bargains. They used to sell it in Sainsbury’s but I haven’t been able to find it for a while. I either air fry it or chop it up and add it to a dry pan and brown it 💕
