Meals of the week for my family of 6.

Ur family is just like mine with my 3 teenager girls helping out on the farm they have 3 cooked meals a day fry of some description in the morning spuds meat and veg for lunch teatime is curry and rice maybe toasties chips and wraps etc and all full size portions with clear plates . They do have the odd treat cake or scones or choc biscuits etc and theres no a puck on them and they r never ill so i am blessed px

Hi hannah no need to apologise if you could do dinner it wasn't your fault please try and keep it easy what lovely dinners I loved the pie one and the chicken one we've not had roast chicken for ages ill get one tomorrow and do a dinner Friday or Saturday and Sunday we can have something dead easy my lad might want chops andchips

Great meals as always, i must try the cold pasta when it warms up here. Just wondering what causes the pain in your hands and feet? I have RA and get pain in hands and feet also
