I like the video the way it is I can see what ingredients you use so if I want to have a go I know what to get , but what ever is easiest for you is OK by me because you have such a lot to do in your day plus your health, you must take car of yourself .

I loved all the meals thebeef done in slow cooker looked so so tender and I like how you made beef slices out of what was left have you thought of making cottage pie I do and I'll freeze aportion or couple of portions for lazymeals as i call them I'll make a big cottage pie for 4 and sometimes my grown up son will eat it sometimes not and I'll freeze 2 or 3 portions and i think tastes better when frozen and heated up again .iusually make mine jn the morn and put in the oven when I need it .and my son loves stew done in slowcooker when j go on holiday I make him stew and put it into portions have you tried aldi beef casserole mixes and the chicken and sausage casserole mixes I think they are so lovely just as good as colemans love fran xxxx

Hello hunny. Yes I have tried aldi mixes I buy them quite frequently ready for winter/ colder weather. I do tend to do more batch cooking in the colder times of year because they tend to be more stodgy/ comfort foods if that makes sense xx

Thank-you claire she seemed to pick up but is now struggling to walk because of arthritis so she us on yumove supplements and an injection from the vets monthly
