Everything looks amazing as usual! Here in Australia we will put anything on a baked spud lol, bolognese, cheese and sour cream or coleslaw, cheese, bacon, beetroot, pineapple and sour cream for loaded. I'm a lover of beans and spuds too!

Hi hunny. To make this gravy I cooked the beef joint in slow cooker with a pint of water so the flavour goes in to the water and makes the meat so so tender. Near the end of cooking I carefully lift the beef out and whisk in beef gravy. Normal aldi or Tesco. Then put beef back in for a little longer. Xx

Ooooo the lasagne looks absolutely gorgeous. I haven't made lasagne from I got divorced. Too much effot to make just a veggie lasagne for me. The home grown spuds look yummy, mummy grows her own and I thoroughly enjoyed scoffing them.

The hob is so odd!!! But I understand if it for a disabled person as they wouldn’t be able to reach over. I don’t like induction prefer gas so I can see the heat and manage it better- meals look fab enjoy your week Hannah xxx

Another great meals of the week. I'm going to make Lasagne next week now that I have seen yours. Chloe's birthday cake was awesome. I'm getting back into doing a Sunday roast again. I have a neurological disease, and sometimes I really struggle to cook. I often do quick and easy meals, so I know where you are coming from on that front 😁❤
