For chicken coating, I use one hand wet, the other hand dry. I like this method because it saves the coating for the chicken-not my fingers. 😅

For some reason, the YT search would not bring up your channel, took forever to find you. This video is very helpful with seasonings I can't seem to get a handle on~ I don't know what the rotisserie chicken price is, where you live, but the last time our rural grocery had it the price was 15.99 a jump from 7.99. If there is any at all. Egg prices are out of sight, again. I haven't bought frozen vegetables for months. It's a luxury to be able to eat. I pity the young families trying to cope.

I used to make cornflake chicken back in the day (like the 1960s!) and now I’m allergic to corn (maybe because it’s gmo?) and now I make it with organic (ie corn free) fake rice crispies cereal with a tiny bit of any kind of seasoned salt. Works just as well. Yum.

Thanks for sharing all of these great ideas! When you were sautéing the onions and peppers it reminded me how my mom uses Italian dressing in her pan with onions, peppers and zucchini. It adds great flavor.

When using the real bacon bits sometimes they can be a little fatty... you can still render them down a bit, just pop in the microwave like you would any pre-cooked bacon (it will just be obviously a lot faster - know your oven).
