This method is not compulsory...agar aap dusre formule se mean deviation calculate karna chahte hai to aap kar sakte hai...answer me difference nhi ayega...ye to ek alternative method bataya hai Maine ke Jo students is method ko use karna chahte hai wo use kar sakte hai...it's completely your choice which method to use...
