They don't understand me, I wasn't always quite like that, after 2 years in the lockdown without actually talking face to face with any of the friends, only chatting online, and also some salty ppl making me feel bad about myself, I don't have the courage to talk with anyone now. I can only talk to those who are super close to me - Like family, relatives, neighbours, cousins. I don't like the new me either, but I don't know how to change myself again. There's hardly 2 ppl in my class I talk to, because I feel comfortable with them. You know, I also have these 2nd thoughts in my mind always like when I'm about to say anything, these thoughts come in my mind examples : "What If what i'm gonna say look cringe?" "I'm gonna make a total fool of myself If I say that.." "What if everyone laughs.." "What if this changes the thoughts of people about me.. make me look bad infront of them?" And than I end up not saying it :(

I can relate to this on a tremendous level, I'm quiet myself. People do bully and pick on me at times last year at school, so dhar making a video about it really makes me happy. People don't understand that socializing and speaking out loud is a big challenge for me. Or people like me

That was me in high school and because I was quiet and didn't say much I got blamed for breaking a kid in my class's glasses when I was on the opposite side of the school at the time they got broken. As soon as it was lunch I found somewhere to hide in to consume my lunch as my previous experience with bullies were teachers that did victim blaming to the point I kept it hidden figuring if the teachers didn't believe me and were punishing me for it then no authority figure would believe me.

However, I always try to help others to give them a good impression. I also try to always give the best answers I could in class when I’m answering my teacher’s questions. You make friends by showing them your capabilities. That’s how a capable and smart person’s brain work. You have to earn the respect, not demand it.
