My understanding (correct me if I'm wrong) is that porn is mainly contract work i.e. paid per scene rather permanent employment at a company. So, I think it'd be hard to create those policies for porn. I mean, the company in charge of the shoot can only really dictate what happens during said shoot. Outside of that, it really isn't in their power to do anything. As for guys being ok with bitches. Some are. Not sure why. But, I'd say that most aren't. You're looking at a self selecting group when it comes to the ones that go for those types. When it comes to guys in general, it's probably a "I'd fuck her. But, that's it." at best.
