I had an bike accident six months ago I'm in my way the opponent(the person) hit me and get died (I swear there is no fault from my side) The police filled a case against me under 304, and some more how can I prove myself I'm not a criminal at least there is no CC footage, No one is helping me as a eyewitness I need to appear in the court next month 5th, I don't have driving licence
