Hi there, I have a question: how does a mechanistic vs. organic structure relate to standardisation and mutual adjustment (from the preceding video)? I'm assuming that standardised decision-making forms part of a mechanistic structure and that an organic structure would allow for mutual adjustment in decision-making - is this right and can you elaborate on these 2 pairs of relationships? Your assumption is very correct I believe! However what I have to say is that this of course not 100% truth - as we are in Social Sciences :) If you are getting ready for exam of some sort it is the best to write it the way that "there is an increased probability that the company will under mechanistic structure adopt standardised decision making" :)
