+David J - He doesn't mention it here specifically but I know it is somwhere around 3-4hours, mainly depending on temperature.

+piet de kersgieter Thanks, my BF always takes around 8 hours at 80 degrees, I suppose it's Chad's starter and flour that makes the difference.

Golf Pro 8 hours at 80 F? Your boyfriend’s starter is not active enough if it takes that long. At that temperature it should take 4-5 tops unless he’s having trouble developing the structure as well.

I think that its actually soy that is to blame for health problems, not wheat.
