My favorite part of this is how you show that when one thing doesn’t work, you try something different to make it work. Most build channels I’ve seen most likely edit this parts out but the way you kept those clips of you changing out or redesigning a certain component shows the true nature of engineering and experiments, trial and error

Also, I swear this is better than the A-Team after they get captured then locked in a fully tooled garage with a broken down vehicle and everything to turn it into a tank. Prototype? It is just a scooter with a front mod that are made from a ATV? The cabin is really nice craftsmanship. But really there is no economy in making this since buying just the scooter is cheaper. And if you want a roof on your head then why not a SUV or a normal car? Electric if you want social cred. Really there is no space for this since SUV's are a thing. Phone and drive are a thing.. If there was any government that cared, THIS is what should roam around on the roads. Together with electric bikes and walking on foot people. But for that to happen so much of society have to change. And the ones in power do not want to in convince themselves by having there bents or BMW's or whatever go away. Imagen big cities going from cars to electric driven non safe to crash vehicles. And then have people learn to drive or get thrown in jail if not driving safely. But so much need to change for that to work. And war, war never changes.
@Vault573 жыл бұрын
@@TheDiner50 Most inventors do use preexisting machines and off the shelf items to build their prototypes. They only need to confirm proof of concept. Then they can begin the process of refinement. Reducing part counts, determining sourceable parts from suppliers, establish jigs and fixtures needed for manufacturing the parts they produce themselves. Yes, it's nice to commute to work in a dry environment, i.e. a roof over one's head. That's why this is preferable to a scooter. Buying a SUV negates the potential cost savings of electric, plus the space required to park larger vehicles in space hostile urban environments. Electric is not just about going green for the reduction of fossil fuels and carbon footprints, etc. Again, in urban environments it is the potential to reduce the ever present noise of hundreds of thousands petroleum-based vehicles in constant motion. His vehicle is one of many that are on engineering "drawing boards" around the world. He built something with potential. Wouldn't you like to see him succeed if he desires to do so? The big auto makers of the world have sat on their status quo's for way too long. As much as I love my noisy, smelly gas guzzler...change is coming.

Was really cool. Personally, I dont consider the cost for the fenders on the shelf outrageous, mainly because of the cost of doing business today. Think of all of the steps that take place before something is setting on the shelf available for us to simply walk in and purchase. Design, product sourcing, manufacturing, packaging, shipping, receiving, stocking at warehouse, shelving at store, general overhead for a retail space, insurance, staffing, and finally profit. This is a generalized quick rundown, but its just a reminder of how many things must take place, and how many people earn a living for each of those steps. Im amazed sometimes how much stuff we all have readily accessible to us. 😀

It looks so elegant,you could've painted the grill with same colour as the spring damper,to make it look more flashy,but i like the end product as it is,great work.

Those little bolts holding it to the front frame ...... 😮 wow. Just because you can doesn't mean you should . Those three little screws on each side are taking the weight plus the suspension force . Crazy 🤪 😜

I love how you manufacture everything so that it can be taken apart and reassembled with new parts when something breaks. Alot of people get carried away with the welder and make one big hunk of metal, looks cool but when you break a part you need to be able to get to it and isolate the smallest part to replace. I think your front fenders are the coolest part of the tricycle 👍👍

Honestly, with some airbags a design like this would make a lot of sense for modern locomotion. It takes a lot less space than regular cars making ideal for big metropolis with parking and traffic problems, plus it probably runs much cheaper both to purchase and maintain and I'm also sure it has a good km/L performance. Overall, pretty neat, I much prefer this design over the initial one, although I would still add a bit on an angle on those handles for better ergonomics.

No angle needed, it steers like a Tesla/K.I.T.T. steering wheel.

Also needs a reverse and maybe a wider body for better comfort, also the gas tank could have a cover, its too exposed

Good Job. Now it's time to upgrade the Motor, accommodate pillion seats, and go fully electrical or hybrid and above all, put reverse gear. You don't want to get out each time if you have to take it back.

@@CRCmotors no. thats basically a car. More on the lines of the old ecomobile and the new toyota iroad. The passenger seat on the rear would make it more compact and symmetric and help in maneuvering traffics easily.

He’s not going to have too much power so it’s better to have the 2 wheels at the front to give more stability in slippery conditions and also to be able to judge the width of the vehicle.
