As I am understanding this, the sea level pressure could change over time. Is there a way to get the sea level pressure in real time to update as the loop runs?

The only way I would imagine doing that is querying the web page every few minutes or so using the WiFi feature on the Pico W, this will work but will not work with the Pico sadly. Now that you bring it up would have been a great feature to showcase in the video. The issue is, it is not generalizable since the source of information for sea level pressure does not come from one website, hence each web scraper has to be unique to some degree. I imagine using a known altitude to be accurate and measure pressure from there you should be able to calculate pressures as you climb or descend
