Very interesting, Is it possible to use a very simple code to move the motor a set index length, using a registration sensor and also a proximity sensor( To let motor know when it is safe to move ) also can this be done in ladder logic?

It is possible to do indexing with this drive. It is also possible to use this input to do a registration index. As far as letting the motor know when it's safe, I would have to understand the context a little bit better of how you wanted to use it. And yes, you can run ladder logic on the drive or on a MCi200 module.
