He's male the Netherland Dwarf Rabbit, the name is "KOTSUYU”🐰💕
Since moving to the new place, Kotsuyu has been discovering all sorts of mischief every day🐰💨
I’ve tried every possible method to block him from doing anything‼️

ありがとうみ〜💕フェンスディフェンス、小露お迎えした時は結構な値段がした気がしますが今は100均でも売られていて良い時代になったな〜と😂撮影する間もなくブロックしていますが、最近柱や壁というやられたら直しようがないところに進んでしまうので引き続き頑張ります😭✨ww

ありがとうございます❗️実は引っ越ししまして、新居にもだいぶ慣れてきました✨小露さんのいたずらもご覧のようにできるだけ防衛できているかなと思います( ´∀｀)💕 １日放し飼い、大変ですね💦仕事中の不在時を想像すると恐ろしい・・・結構ヤンチャされてしまっているみたいですね💦家具のカジカジは100歩譲って良いのですが、壁や柱をやられるのは、本当に勘弁して欲しいです（笑）お茶代‼️ありがとうございます❗️😭❗️暑い日が続くので、飲み物代にさせていただきます🙏💕

ありがとうございます( ＾∀＾) 今は徹底的にブロックしていますが、住みたての色々と模索中の時は毎日が戦争でした😅w小露も私たちと同じくらい新しいお家大切にして欲しい・・・と思いきやトイレだけはちゃんとケージの中でお散歩中でもしてくれるんですよね❗️ぜいたくは言えないので、現状で満足することにします😌💕

Thanks fren, We bought a powerful air conditioner for our new house🏠✨ Kotsuyu is comfortably enjoying the cool room, which stays cool 24/7. I’m a bit scared about the electricity bill, though😱💦Haha

Thanks fren, Kotsuyu is constantly coming up with mischievous ideas that keep us on our toes😱💦 While climbing the stairs is fine, the second floor doesn’t have air conditioning and gets quite hot, so he keeps coming back down quickly. We hope he learns soon!!!🥹✨Haha

hahaha, i like the opening, it is our 小露bread loaf. l like your floor too, is it hardwood or plywood?the color looks very natural. what is your property tax? Canada and USA have to pay property tax regardless of building type, condo( apartment), Townhouse or single family home. i am sure Japan too? it really varies from building type and locations. oh wow, there is so much to talk about, i am getting excited. hug hug for now

Hi fren, I also like this opening footage because it allows us to slowly observe Kotsuyu's characteristics. However, I wonder if new viewers might not find the footage of a stationary rabbit interesting. The floor is plywood. I chose it based more on color than material, as I didn’t have strong preferences for flooring. Your questions are excellent. I now understand more about the situation in Canada🇨🇦. In Japan, property tax is not levied on residents; it’s paid by the condominium owners. For single-family homes, I am responsible for paying it. Japan has various tax exemption systems due to the economic downturn, but they’re not automatic and require paperwork. There are so many such systems, and it’s quite tedious, especially the housing loan deductions where you have to send a lot of documents to the tax office... I don’t want to remember it! I also have a lot to talk about, but I realized there's no topic about rabbits. Sorry, Kotsuyu, Haha. BIG HUGHUGHUG!!!
