Thanks for doing this series Matt. I'm on this job right now in my kitchen - my misses is away. My er5 has made it to 113k before it hinted that it was time for some lovin'. A second hand engine is half the price of replacing all the bearing inserts! But better the devil you know! [I'm too far in, I can't turn back]

I'm liking your videos, I've learned a lot from watching. New to bikes over the last 12 months. Just a tip it may help, get rid of the pen lid when presenting, you can hear it clicking. I work in a job where presenting is a key part and they teach stuff like that.

Great video again apart from the pen top clicking. I was given an ex-taxi peugeot 406 on 425,000 miles and sold it 3 years later for £500 at 480,000 miles, engine still good
