When we define a meter by size, what actually this suze goes to? For example: 1 inch turbine meter, what does this 1 inch represent?

Usually the 1" reflects the rotor size. On an NuFlo turbine, a 3/8" and 1/2" have the same ID in the meter body.

Gas and debris can cause issues for turbine meters. So long as the flow is clean, and the meter is properly ranged, they can be very accurate.

if the turbine flow meter is reading inaccurately then the incorrect pick up might be the reason , kindly verify

An incorrect or weak pickup will usually result in reduced or no pulse pickup from the rotor. Inaccuracies usually come from gas breakout in a liquid meter or debris in the meter.
