this is NOT the we do it in industry. Make 1 mil Amp Current Source . Take a 4 Wire PT100 , pass 1 mil amp using 2 wires and measure voltage drop across other 2 wires. ensure at least 5Meg OHM Input Impedance at measuring ADC or use Buffer or Instrumentation Amplifier

The value of Vt1 is wrong in your video and write up. according to calculation it will be 0.045 v instead of 0.09. you have directly written 0.09 v without an explanation. Kindly explain how you got this value.

Hi nidhi. The value of vt1 I.e. voltage at 30 degree is measured by arduino. Vt1 and vt2 is measured value rather than calculated value which is used to calculate the value of slope. On breadboard, why is there ony one Op-Amp While the schematics shows 3?

Here in this circuit, LM324 quad op-amp is used i.e. LM324 contains four individual op-amp.

As we are using equation of straight line for temperature reading, thus we need data at two different temperature. VT1 = 0.09 is voltage at one temperature where VT2 is voltage at another temperature. Please do watch both the part of making video.
