Hi.. Well, I don't think a developer should be an expert in UiPath Insights. Its a different product used for monitoring the automations. If I'm a developer, I haven't seen any requirement for me to know Insights as of now. However, its something good to know and have an understanding about what happens there. But for an Architect, yes they need to know about Insights.

Where did you do most of your training? Is there a place where we can learn how to create custom measures, custom columns, etc? This new version on Insights doesn't look the same as the older version.. a lot of nuances.

Hello Ron, Nice to hear from you.. I mostly learned the concept through UiPath Academy and by hands-on practice. The Academy has several courses that you can look at on Insights. But it does not cover and everything. Probably that's a good place to give a start.. Let me know how else I can help you with this.. What is better .kibana or insights?

Both have their own pros and cons. Using Kinana will need some setup configuration stuff.. if you go with Cloud Insights, it is very much easier. On prem Insights - again require some maintenance to make it work perfectly.. Cost wise - kibana is cheaper.. So it kinda depends on what the client needs. But in General, Insights is good, but still it can improve a lot more
