Meat Candy!! Pork Belly Burnt Ends! Yummy!!

Cut the pork belly into approximately 1” cubes. Season with your preferred rub and a couple of tablespoons of brown sugar. Smoke indirect on a rack if possibleat 270 F over cherry wood for about 2 hours, or until meet probes at about 190F. Remove and place into an aluminum pan. Lightly coat with your favorite sauce and increase heat to 290 F. Leave 10 minutes and stir around. Another 10 minutes and the EAT!!

I wear gloves when I cook “all alone in my house” and it’s never been for a camera. It just saves me from having to wash my hands a bunch to avoid cross contamination. Which do you do, wash a bunch, wear gloves, or get the squirts a bunch?
