I’m a meat wrapper. Our manager only lets clerks wrap. We’re not allowed to touch the case. He’s too controlling about that.
@stevebello1098 Жыл бұрын
Well on the meat case it’s more than just Putting the meat out. Needs to be carefully done by rotating what goes out first and last. Maybe he doesn’t trust any one to do it as good as he does. Someone could put the wrong stuff out first, has happen to my meat case before

Damn we don't break down the saw like this with taking teh whole blade off. We just use the hose and a brush to clean everything off.
@xinitarchives10 ай бұрын
Depends on the market manager's expectations, but typically, the real process is breaking down the entire equipment. I know when I worked in a market, my manager was pretty chill and didn't mind us leaving the blade on it.

Break down the machine and put that shit in the sink at 140° instead of spraying everywhere like a heathen put the scrubbed parts in a cart spray once to soak in soap spray two hot ass water on the machine itself.cutting boards gnaw son put that ontop of the sink with back and front slathered in bleach paste and then skrub the fk out of it.

This is a terrible video for sanitation program. There is multiple mistakes but the major one is PPE
@Mudflat_Man5 ай бұрын
You are are not wearing the proper PPE when cleaning. Rubber cleaning boots, rubber cleaning gloves, nylon aprons and googles. That apron you are wearing is a clerks apron not for cutting or cleaning...lol Also those smaller parts are supposed to be cleaned in a compartmental sink and soaked, sanitized and air dried properly. Also that one bone saw has wires exposed and thats a OSHA hazard big time. Also big guy has no hairnet which while i know you guys are cleaning but that may be a violation too.

You gotta rinse the chemicals off before you sanitize man lol wtf you doing
