Meat Loaf - The Monster Is Loose (Official Music Video)

I thought I had a much better copy, but this is what I have. I've made it look better than it did, and it is better than any on here, but it isn't perfect. Anyway, I love this song, great opener to a really great album. Opening and title track of Bat Out Of Hell III: The Monster Is Loose! If you haven't given that album a proper listen I suggest you do, it is brilliant. This animation was done by Camp Chaos studios and I think clips of it were also shown on the first leg of the 2007 Seize The Night World Tour.

It's quite stunning to see a muscular blonde dude on a flying motorcycle pursuing an evil bat-dragon sorta hybrid and that the tools at his disposal are a razor-sharp blade and steel chains for grappling. Not only that, but the music is such a banger and fits with the environment of the music video for it.

3:06 to 5:15 is epic it’s a nonstop roller coaster of musical power, and the backup singers, and then just when you think it’s about to get super heavy metal, the drums kick in and then meatloaf comes in with his beautiful voice during the whole drum solo, and it slowly gets heavier and heavier and it’s something that is unreal. I bought this cd The day it came out in like 2005-6 or something and I would go on drives with my then gf and we always imagined what kind of movie this song would be good in and we agreed that it was just so great to have it in a movie because they wouldn’t play 3:06-5:15 so we imagined the game Doom and you’re fighting the final boss, Satan. And as you approach him you are going through a wide, dark cave, thinking that there’s something watching you, waiting to attack, but it’s just you, alone, not knowing what is about to happen next, then, as the music picks up, you see what appears to be the devil, but it vanishes and then you see some writing above a small entrance to the next area, and the writing says “he who enters into hell, shall bow down on his knees before he sees the Angel of Hell, the Dark Lord, SATAN” so you have to literally crawl into the small opening, and you finally enter a room where you can stand up but you see a dark figure sitting on a golden throne with fire coming from the top. He hits you hard and all your weapons go flying in the air, and HE reaches out his hand, and a yellow light emerges from it, and with a single crunch from his fist, he destroys all of your weapons and laughs at how pathetic you are and how powerful he is. All you have left is your hands to fight with, but you can see behind him, there’s another small opening that you can crawl into, and you begin to run to it, he reaches out his glowing red arm that is hotter than fire and just about grabs you before you can escape. This enrages him, and he starts to use his powers to try and crush you under the rock, and he is able to make enough space for him to enter, to grab your legs and rip them in half. But he makes one mistake. Just as he grabs your leg, the cave comes down, just far enough to cut his arms and one of his horns off and block the path for you to escape, but not before you reach for the horn and his arms. The cave is long but you see an opening and light shining through it far away. You know that at any moment, HE Can come back to crush you like an ant. That’s as far as we got, feel free to make your own ending if you want

I don't know if you're much into video games that much (Also thanks for sharing this video, it's been pretty hard finding a decent one without the audio being out of sync) but Link's Sword Beam from A Link to the Past sounds very similar to the opening of Sailor To A Siren. Listening to them side by side they are almost exact minus the echo that's in Sailor To A Siren. Thought you'd be interested in looking into that.
