Looks very delicious. A pressure cooker will reduce your cooking to only 1 hr and it will have same flavor effect. Tendon soft and meat falls right off the bones. Down fall of pressure cooker, biggest is 10 quarts.

You are right! A pressure cooker is great for cooking for just a few people, I have a big family to cook for. It is a great alternative though!
