Meat N' Bone Steak Unboxing - Prime and Wagyu Steaks

I got three steaks form Meat N' Bone to try out.

Steak 1: Prime Bone In Dry Aged Ribeye - 20 oz
Steak 2: Center Cut 8 oz Filet Mignon - Wagyu BMS 6-7
Steak 3: Denver Steak 10 oz - BMS 7+
This is my first experience with Meat N' Bone and at first glance I am pretty impressed with the quality of this meat. Everything came frozen rock solid, packaged well, and looks amazing. Can't wait to cook these up soon and share more about them.

I find the best value from meatnbone is their bms 9 wagyu picanha.

Really have no idea. It was a gift from a friend a couple years back but it is nothing special. I am by no means a knife enthusiast or anything like that. If I were looking for a sub-$50 knife I would probably look at Buck knives or Gerber. I have seen some great feedback on both those brands. I would think both of those brands would be in line with Kershaw.
