■ Cooking time: 20 minutes
■ Materials (for 2 people)
・ Pork loin (thin slices): 200g
・ Seasoned salt and pepper: a little ・ Sayaingen: 10 bottles ・ Carrot: 100g
・ Kataguri powder: Appropriate amount ・ Sake: 1 tablespoon ・ Sugar: 2 teaspoons ・ Mirin: 1 tablespoon ・ Soy sauce: 1 and 1/2 tablespoon ・ Salad oil: 1 tablespoon
■ Preparation ・ Cut carrots into 5 cm long, 1 cm square chopped wood.
・ Cut off both ends of the green beans and cut into 5 cm lengths.
■ How to make
1. Place the green beans and carrots side by side on a bakeware, cover with plastic wrap, and heat in a microwave oven at 600W for 2 minutes. Take it out and remove the rough heat.
2. Season the pork loin with salt and pepper.
3. Wrap it around 1 and sprinkle with potato starch.
4. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and heat on medium heat with the end of the roll facing down.
5. When the end of the roll is baked and hardened, fry the whole while rolling.
6. Add sake, cover and steam for about 5 minutes.
7. Add sugar, mirin and soy sauce and entangle. Serve in a bowl and you're done.
