The detail to the landscape, wildlife, and stories to go with it. Yall get on a personal level with your guests and guides. You show the connection that all TRUE outdoorsmen share. any real fisherman loves a top water bite. there’s really nothing more exciting than watching any fish blow up on a top water lure. whether it’s a fly, popper, wake bait, etc.

Its even better when you are trying to get someone into fishing or explain why you fish to your friends. I still get giddy when a bluegill hits a red and white bobber too, being able to see the hit in some way is exciting

Not too many rivers you can catch 6400 trout per mile and also 7ft sturgeon (dinosaurs to us locals) Idaho is the best place in the world

My family had a cabin on a small private lake in Minnesota. Fish and Wildlife came through to manage the fish population by basically dynamiting a section of the lake to remove a portion of the population and allow the remaining fish to grow bigger.

I believe the Yellowstone cutthroat trout also exist in the Fraser Valley of BC. Seems to me I use to fish them around Chilliwack

This was a cool episode I live down in San Antonio but I lived up in Salt Lake for a spell and I’m bummed out that I didn’t get to explore this area though I did spend a lot of time in Jackson and the area I wish I had fished this area of Idaho more I need to go back and explore and fish
