They're being respectful to the privacy of other's who are unable to give permission to having their face plastered on the internet, which feels like a rarity nowadays so I salute them for doing so when not a lot do. That said, what difference does it make? The censorship didn't block out or interrupt the focal point of this video (the Mechano train), and those are children too.. I'm not one to assume things but your comment gives off odd vibes since you're complaining about censorship covering the identity of children..
