I’ve been playing this game for only a few months now and honestly I’ve been enjoying it quite a lot. However, the one thing I have noticed since the beginning is that while skill can help you a lot in this game, the game is built so that free to play players will not only have a much more difficult time obtaining different mechs/weapons and are currently completely locked out of a bunch of them, the worst part being that the ones we’re locked out of are the best mechs and weapons in the game. Overall I feel like this game gives too much preference to people who can afford to spend as much as they please on different things. Even for when new mechs are released like eclipse here, it is made nearly impossible to get it (only one try with a 7% chance? Come on devs cut us f2p some slack!). My advice would be to continue with the new tier system as this will make the game much more fair for ALL players regardless of their monetary status and lower rank up costs or make acoins more obtainable, as how it is today it is impossible for f2p to get more than 50-100 acoins (if they’re lucky) per day! And if you’re going to use derby events to release new mechs, make it like the arachnos derby, where it is guaranteed to get the mech. I understand that the game must be profitable so that you can all make a living but there are other ways to do this other than outright making it extremely difficult for people that can’t spend tons and tons of money on you’re game. Some things I would do, though I’m definitely no expert on making money through video games, Is for example I’d make watching ads to have better rewards such like the current feature where you can watch 5 ads for increasing rewards, except I’d make the rewards more enticing, adding things like 30-50 acoins, 10,000-15,000 credits, implant crates, and so on. I would also continue to put mechs and weapons and packs in the shop but I would perhaps decrease the prices so that it would be still easier than getting it through the tier system but not by too much so people would still buy it and so that people that can’t afford to purchase 50+ USD items can now more comfortably “splurge” out on something they want. Anyways I do hope that as a f2p I will be able to complete the derby for eclipse(fingers crossed there isn’t a make an in game purchase task) because I definitely want to try out this new scout mech

I propose to do this: when your fur is heated with a laser, the edges of the camera also heat up, if it is freezing, then ice appears (cracked), if some explosive weapon has caused critical damage, then a crack appears in a random place of the camera (screen). it can also be done with other types of weapons...

If you're on pc, or a skilled phone user, I've found indirect fire with RPGs to be very effective, I think that this mech is great for battling in mid field if you aren't likely to get bursted, and if you are, the indirect splash of RPGs is a decent way to go. I'm relatively lower on the power rating score so 1k plus some change so I'm not seeing tons of intense burst from every single mech, but its still possible, and you gotta keep your head on a pivot when your in the mid field. Definitely where a mouse comes in handy!

I have a mech idea I have been waiting till mech arena dropped a new video so that I can post it, here goes. A mech that has the base of arachnos(four legs) and his head, the front is normal but at the back has a space for something to be placed in there(like some cargo ships and there are rails for ability weapon to get into place) and instead of a pouch to carry the turrent it has a MINIGUN with the front facing the sky, when it's ability is in use the gun comes up to the area behind the head that is empty and u can't move when the ability is active and you CANNOT control the firing you also get a shield deployed on the back of the mech so no one can flank. the ability will stay for upto 10-15 seconds(idk u guys decide) soooo it becomes a giant turrent is what I am saying

Here is another weakness of eclipse: Guardian. A single system crash and eclipse is done for if the guardian is assisted by a zephyr or surge.

Guardians reload ability still works on eclipse. It's the only one that can affect it, so watch out for guardians. Even if you cloak is activated, it will reload you weapons and your ability

I have an idea for a new weaopn idea Type:barrage Name:nade rockets Desc:nade rockets act like nade launchers and rocket mortars as a combo,nade rockets also have a max range of 256m and a starter range of 50m,if your target is small and fast like shadow or any other scout your useless bcuz they can take you out but theres some pros too Pros:one good thing about nade rockets are that they deal high da,age up to 216,391 dmg The reloading time isnt really long just 8 secs Cons:there are some bad things about nade rockets and one of them is range the other one is energy Energery of nade rockets:8,10,12,14,16 Mechs recommended:panther for the bigger and better nades rockets,shadow and eclipse for the lighter but better nade rockets Thats all i have thanks for reading this weapon idea

You guys need to fix the bot AI. It’s great they can hide and dodge. But you need to make them go around friendly bots or step back when in contact. I watched 2 bots jammed at the doorway for 15 seconds!

Eclipse still gets targeted by Scorpius javelin ability while in phase cloak. Is that a bug or supposed to be like that? Doesn’t make sense because other targeting weapons can’t target Eclipse during phase cloak.
