Ultima is seriously disrespected. He is basically an eldritch but his feats only push him into city level. Did I mention this is at 50% of his power? The fact that he is at a moderately high power level but still but at moderately low level in Power Scaling is super unforgiving in my opinion. And then after doing some calculations, I believe that at 100% power, he would most likely be multi-continental, you know, the exact same level both G21 and FW are in? You trying to tell me that a planet guardian and a Godzilla with Asian eyes is able to both compete with and kill a Godzilla that holds the 13 dimensions together and can wipe out universes? EDIT: It appears I have actually started World War Twitter. EDIT 2: It appears that I have actually underestimated Ultima myself. It turns out being at City level is actually in Tier 7: Nuclear and while there is at least 11 tiers. 11-7=4 so that means Ultima at 50% skips 4 tiers. So to find Ultima’s 100% power, we need to go up an extra four tiers and then we reach tier 3: Cosmic and since City is tier 7-b we find the “b” of Cosmic tier and that gives us Tier 3-b: Multi-Galaxy tier. Also keep in mind this is VSbattles Wiki’s powerscaling tier list. There is another one that uses 13 tiers. 13-7=6 meaning he passes 6 whole tiers. Moving up an extra 6 tiers from tier 7 means we do 7-6 we get tier 1: Extradimensional. This give us a final estimate of Multi-Galaxy to Extradimensional, honestly it makes sense since Ultima is confirmed that he transcends time and space, holds the thirteen dimensions together and wipes out universes.

dude does no one realise you can't kill ultima without anti oxygen destroyer architype which is only seen in anime .The thing about ultima is he isn't exactly a being more a conscience he is said in the anime to be a singular point who has taken physical form and the thing is ultima can distort reality and without anti architype (oxygen destroyer) you can't stop it's affects on reality which can be related to bending time and space.
