Mechanical Go Kart Brake Teardown

Checking out an Airheart mechanical brake from a go kart I recently picked up. Hopefully this can help someone out. When I got the brake it was missing parts and I had a hard time finding information. Good luck out there!

Thanks, I was given a kart with this type caliper and I knew it was missing pieces. This helped me figure out what to fabricate to get things working 👍

I have one of these on my go karts and it seems to lock up, the pedal will not fully return. any ideas?

check your spring that is attached to the pedal in the very front
