Mechanical procedures: checking screw clearance

Remove flanges remove the collector slacken the bolts on the oil distributor move the oil distributor back remove bolts from the flange remove the flange use copper or brass tools so as not to damage screws and cylinder remove screws position the screw clearance tool fully tighten screws inside the cylinder position the gauge, testing the movement of the individual screws slacken the clamp and remove the screw position the gauge at 0 move screw back to original position repeat the procedure on the second screw slacken the two screws on the protection slacken the three hinges unplug the cooling fan remove the protection unplug the ton measuring probe cable remove the thrust ring package bolts open the thrust ring package check the existing shims position the ideal shim refit the load cell and thrust ring package final check and removal of screw clearance tool refit the protection.
