Arre he just says it in a random way. When he first came up with "chooha khana band kare" he was thinking of something to say to give us the hint that we should stop our distractions. Somehow, he thought of chooha, maybe because he saw a chooha nearby idk, and came up with what is equivalent of how CarryMinati came up with his random name.
